Drowning In Culture is a Web-based exploration into the architecture, art, underground music, and urban culture of Los Angeles and other mega-cities around the globe.  Started by John Southern in 2002, the site is an ever expanding archive of critical observations, interviews, photographs, and other urban ephemera.
